The REGENERATION program
at Filoha Meadows is an 8 day intensive marital therapy program for any married couples, with particular experience with physicians and dentists. The program is run by Dr. Alan Nelson (Psychiatry) and Dr. Claudia Nelson (Pediatrics). It is a unique program for doctors by doctors. The program has been in place for over 15 years, and the Nelsons have written and spoken widely on the homes and families of doctors. They have three grown children.

Guests arrive Tuesday evenings and leave a week later at noon on Wednesday. The program consists of daily group meetings, as well as some individual sessions. You will be working with other couples who have many of the same issues. This common ground is a powerful part of the retreat.
Filoha Meadows is a beautiful and quiet setting, located in Redstone, Colorado, next to the Crystal River. Attire is casual. Couples stay in private cabins and enjoy one meal a day together as a group. Time is built in for quiet reflection, walking, biking and communication.
The nearest airports are: Aspen (45 min), Grand Junction (2 hours), or Denver (4 hours). Program fees are $4700 per couple which includes the group therapy sessions, individual sessions, lodging and one daily meal.
